General Directions

FROM TOWNS WEST OF SADDLE RIVER
(Waldwick, Ramsey, Allendale, Franklin Lakes, Ridgewood etc.)

Take Franklin Turnpike.  At the intersection of Franklin Turnpike and Allendale Ave. turn East onto Allendale Ave. (ie. turn left, if coming from the north, or turn right if coming from the south)

Proceed under Route 17, and through 2 sets of traffic lights. Immediately past the Municipal Building, on your right, turn right onto East Saddle River Road.  St. Gabriel’s is approximately 1 mile on your left.

FROM TOWNS EAST OF SADDLE RIVER
(Montvale, Woodcliff Lake, Hillsdale)

At the intersection of East Allendale Road and  Chestnut Ridge Road (also known as County Road 73),

Head west on E. Allendale Road, approximately ¾ mile.  Turn left onto East Saddle River Road (the SR Municipal Building will be on the far left corner).  St. Gabriel’s is approximately 1 mile on your left.

FROM ROUTE 17 NORTH OR SOUTH

Take the exit for Saddle River/E. Allendale Rd. Proceed through 2 sets of traffic lights. Immediately past the Municipal Building, on your right, turn right onto East Saddle River Road.  St. Gabriel’s is approximately 1 mile on your left.

FROM THE GARDEN STATE PARKWAY Southbound off of the NYS Thruway

Take first exit "Schoolhouse Road"

At end of ramp turn left

At first light turn right onto Summit

At traffic light turn left onto Chestnut Ridge Road  Continue along Chestnut Ridge Road.  

At traffic light just past Tice's Mall, turn right onto County Road.  Follow this road appx 1/2 mile and make right onto East Allendale Road.  Stay on East Allendale Road until you come into town of Saddle River. 

 Make left onto E. Saddle River Road (the SR Municipal Building will be on the far left corner).  St. Gabriel's is approximately 1 mile on your left.

FROM THE GARDEN STATE PARKWAY Northbound

Take Ext 163 (left lane exit) to Rt. 17 North.  Follow directions above for Rt 17 North
